HSA Commercial to Handle PrivateBank Leasing

CHICAGO-HSA Commercial Real Estate will handle the lease administration responsibilities for 19 leased locations in five states for PrivateBank.

CHICAGO-HSA Commercial Real Estate, based here, has recently been hired for the leasing administration responsibilities for PrivateBank. PrivateBank leases more than 210,000 sf in 19 locations, according to a released statement. There are 10 branches in Illinois, three in Michigan, two in Missouri, three in Georgia and one in Wisconsin. Representatives from HSA Commercial declined to be interviewed.

HSA’s property management division will handle the lease administration duties lead by general manager Joe Swojenski. The firm will review facility operating expenses to identify possible cost savings in addition to opportunities for service enhancement, according to the released statement.
