FirstService Corp. acquired a majority interest in PKF at the start of the year. Bob Eaton, formerly executive managing director of Colliers International Hotels USA, is now executive managing director of PKF Capital. Colliers Macaulay Nicolls' hotel brokerage operation in Canada will continue to operate under the Colliers International Hotels brand.
PKF Capital is up and running in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Seattle. It also plans to open offices in Houston, Dallas and Indianapolis, where PKF's capital markets group has offices. "We anticipate new cities and locations will be established over the next several years as we continue to expand our services in the US," Eaton says.
