"Clearly the real estate market is showing signs of improvement," Nordblom SVP Douglas Wynard says in a release discussing the transactions. "We are seeing existing companies expanding and new venture-backed companies locating in real estate environments where they can plan their future growth."

Other tenants signing deals were Vesta Consumer Credit Services for 12,000 sf at 164 Middlesex Turnpike, while Z Corp. expanded in that building to an additional 10,000 sf. Longtime Northwest Park tenant iBasis took an extra 2,700 sf in the same property.

Keystone Dental will occupy 144 Middlesex Turnpike upon relocation from another site across town. The tenant was represented by NAI Hunneman Commercial Corp. principal Steve James and SVP Jim Boudrot.
