Tenants Take 60,000 SF at Northwest Park

BURLINGTON, MA-The Nordblom Co. has completed several leases at Northwest Park. The activity totals more than 60,000 sf, nearly half of which came via a 29,000-sf lease by Keystone Dental Inc.

“Clearly the real estate market is showing signs of improvement,” Nordblom SVP Douglas Wynard says in a release discussing the transactions. “We are seeing existing companies expanding and new venture-backed companies locating in real estate environments where they can plan their future growth.”

Other tenants signing deals were Vesta Consumer Credit Services for 12,000 sf at 164 Middlesex Turnpike, while Z Corp. expanded in that building to an additional 10,000 sf. Longtime Northwest Park tenant iBasis took an extra 2,700 sf in the same property.
