CHICAGO-Eagle Global Logistics, headquartered in Houston, has signed two leases for a total of 641,220 sf at buildings owned by HSA Commercial Real Estate, based here. Eagle has renewed a lease for 509,190 sf at 2727 London-Groveport Rd. in Columbus, OH and has signed a lease for 132,030 sf at 2850 Earhart Court in Hebron, KY.
President Dan Miranda and general manager Ken Verne, both with HSA, represented HSA. Diana Deaton, of Deaton & Associates, represented Eagle Global for the leased building in Hebron.
Eagle leases the entire building in Columbus, OH and has used the building for five years. The building is occupied by Select Carrier Group, a subsidiary of Eagle. The term for the lease renewal is five years. The global transportation, supply chain management and information services company is expanding with a new lease in Hebron, a suburb of Cincinnati, Miranda says. Eagle will be leasing more than 60% of the building's space, with the rest of the building still available, he says.
The space in both buildings is used for logistics and distribution. The lease rate for both regions ranges from approximately $3 to $3.50 per sf, Miranda tells GlobeSt.com.
