Experts To Discuss the Rapidly Changing Market

BOSTON-Nationally known investors and financial experts will team with some of New England’s top commercial real estate talent in less than two weeks at the third annual RealShare Boston conference at the Back Bay Sheraton. The half-day program on May 16th is sponsored by Real Estate Media, publishers of Real Estate Forum and GlobeSt.com.

Offering that “there are more questions than answers about the state of the commercial real estate market,” RealShare Boston organizers promise that the environment will be made clearer via a mix of information and networking, plus “an added dash of entertainment.” That element will be offered Wednesday morning via a lively back and forth session entitled, “Fact or Fiction” and featuring Paradigm Properties president Kevin McCall and legendary Boston broker William McCall.

“Fact or Fiction” will ask the two to affix one label or the other to a series of premises presented on such matters as the leasing market, investment sales, construction and job growth. They will then be allowed to elaborate in greater detail. The 20-minute session will follow opening remarks by Real Estate Media publisher Michael Desiato and the keynote address from Barry Bluestone, public policy director for Northeastern University’s Center for Urban and Regional Policy.
