Real Estate Florida Southern Florida GlobeSt.com Real Estate Forum

Real Estate Florida will be the fifth print publication in the firm's arsenal. REM also produces the regionally focused Real Estate New York, Real Estate New Jersey and Real Estate Southern California. The magazine will make its debut as a special supplement to the June 2007 issue of Real Estate Forum.

Overall the board will consist of 15 to 20 professionals from around the state to ensure every area is represented. The latest names are experts in the Central and Northern regions, in a variety of fields. The newest board members are: Michael Beale Sr., VP and regional manager of Highwoods Properties, Orlando; F.B. Bywater, chairman of the board at the Bywater Co., Orlando; John Coleman, Florida SVP of EastGroup Properties, Orlando; William Moss, senior managing director at CB Richard Ellis, Orlando; Larry Richey, senior managing director of Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc., Tampa; Moses Salcido, senior development manager for Panattoni Development Co. LLC, Orlando; Jerry Shaw Sr., Real Estate VP for Opus South Corp., Tampa; David Sobelman, VP of Calkain Realty Advisors, Tampa; and Scott Stephens, principal of HREC Investment Advisors, Tampa, for the central region of Florida. For the North the board includes: Susan Cusick, regional director of Imperial Bank, Atlanta, GA; and Keith Tickell, EVP of development for Flagler Development Group, Jacksonville.

In addition to GlobeSt.com and its print lineup, Real Estate Media also produces GlobeSt.RETAIL, a series of seven e-newsletters tailored to specific niche markets and the RealShare Conference Series.
