Jobs, Population Growth Spur Current Market

ATLANTA-Strong population and job growth are leading to prosperity in the city’s multifamily, office, industrial and other sectors. But what challenges are lurking behind the rosy economic scenario for the real estate industry? These questions, and others, will be the focus of RealShare Atlanta conference May 31 at the Westin Buckhead.

This is the first RealShare event to be held in Atlanta. “First and foremost this will be networking event so participants can get face time with brokers, developers and other real estate professionals the operate in the Atlanta market,’ says RealShare conference producer Jason Young.

The event will be kicked off with a “Pardon the Interruption”-style debate between two industry pros, Hines vice president Kurt Hartman and CB Richard Ellis vice chairman John Shlesinger. Hartman and Shlesinger will debate the “top 10″ real estate topics. “This is a fun and fast-paced way to entertain and enlighten about the market,” Young says.
