MALVERN, PA-Muvico Theaters has signed an agreement with King of Prussia-based O’Neill Properties Group to anchor Uptown Worthington, O’Neill’s 1.6-million-sf mixed-use community. The 92,000-sf Muvico complex will include a 5,000-sf restaurant and café and a childcare center in addition to 14 all-digital auditoriums with an aggregate of 3,800 seats.

Denver McGarey of the Coronado, CA-based McGarey Group, which also has an office in King of Prussia, represented O’Neill in the Muvico deal, the value of which is undisclosed. Muvico joins Wegmans Food Market, which has committed to developing a 140,000-sf unit in the center.
