The three-building, four-story complex, known until recently as Tri-Parkway Corporate Park, has been rebranded by owner M. Alfieri Co., which built the complex in the early 1980s. Red Bank sits off Exit 109 of the Garden State Parkway.

JLL's executive vice president Paul Giannone, senior vice president Paul Hindes and vice president Kevin Carton will lead the leasing effort. 200 Schultz Dr. in the campus has 37,000 sf available, and 230 Half Mile Rd. has 13,346 sf available.

"Red Bank 109 Corporate Campus' proximity to downtown Red Bank is a wonderful amenity for tenants," says Giannone, "offering a wide variety of shopping, festivals and other activities on the Jersey Shore."

Michael Alfieri, president of M. Alfieri Co., Inc., says he is adding a café to 200 Schultz Dr. "Although the amenities of downtown Red Bank offer numerous shops and eating establishments for our tenants to enjoy, our new on-site, full service cafeteria will meet the needs of tenants thinking about convenience when seeking office space."
