RED BANK, NJ–The leasing contract for Red Bank 109 Corporate Campus has gone to Jones Lang LaSalle. The 275,345-sf campus has just over 50,000 sf of vacant space to fill.

The three-building, four-story complex, known until recently as Tri-Parkway Corporate Park, has been rebranded by owner M. Alfieri Co., which built the complex in the early 1980s. Red Bank sits off Exit 109 of the Garden State Parkway.

JLL’s executive vice president Paul Giannone, senior vice president Paul Hindes and vice president Kevin Carton will lead the leasing effort. 200 Schultz Dr. in the campus has 37,000 sf available, and 230 Half Mile Rd. has 13,346 sf available.
