The five-story hotel has 129 rooms. Rates will vary depending on the season, but will be between $129 and $139 per night, Habeeb says. The hotel also has an indoor pool, spa and fitness center.

The area used to have a Hampton Inn which closed a couple of years ago. "We saw a need in the market," Habeeb says.

The hotel is near the Shoppes at College Hill shopping center, with retailers such as Von Maur, and along Veterans Parkway which is the "main thoroughfare" in the area. First Hospitality Group currently has a portfolio of more than 30 hotels, primarily Hilton- and Marriott-affiliated assets.
