MBK Debuts Townhouses Near Revamped Retail

IRVINE, CA-MBK Homes Southern California has unveiled its 114-unit Ravello townhouse development adjacent to the recently renovated and repositioned 780,000-sf Whittwood Town Center in Whittier. The MBK Ravello project features units of three and four bedrooms that range from 1,644 sf to 1,838 sf, with shared amenities such as the community pool for residents.

Rick Fletcher, vice president of sales and marketing for MBK Homes, describes the project as an answer to the growth in Whittier in recent years and the demand for housing near shopping venues like the repositioned Whittwood Town Center. The Whittwood Center is a redevelopment of LNR Property Corp.
