The building was 100% leased at the time of sale. Tenants include AT&T, Dynegy, Akamai Technologies and John A. Harland Company.
Mel Koich and Scott Owens with Lee & Associates represented Las Vegas-based RMI Investment Services. Santa Ana, CA-based Triple Net Properties was represented by Dan Vittone and Alan Pekarcik of Voit Commercial Brokerage and T.J. Smith with Colliers International in Denver. "The Denver submarket has experienced an increase in tenant activity, which has led to an increase in rents," Vittone says.
