Forest City Sets Sights on Minneapolis

MINNEAPOLIS-David Patchin, formerly with LaSalle Bank, will lead Forest City's push into the region. He's already sizing up some project sites.

MINNEAPOLIS-Forest City Enterprises Inc. has tapped a 20-year veteran to lead a development drive in the region. The former senior vice president for LaSalle Bank also has oversight for project development on the East Coast.

David Patchin has been named development director for the commercial group of the two regions, a newly created position. The senior executive spent 15 of his 20 years in financing commercial real estate with Chicago-based LaSalle Bank, which has a policy in place not to comment on current or former employees.
