Oasis Outsourcing To Relocate in 36,000-SF Deal

WEST PALM BEACH, FL-Professional employer organization Oasis Outsourcing has signed a 36,000-sf lease for space within the hurricane-resistant Emerald View at Vista Center at Okeechobee Boulevard and the Florida Turnpike.

Oasis, which has experienced revenue growth of approximately 50% over the past three years, is relocating its current headquarters from Congress Avenue in West Palm Beach to accommodate its need for more space. The company, which will occupy two floors in the four-story building, is expected to move into the space in the fourth quarter.

Emerald View at Vista Center, which was completed in March, is one of the only Category 5 hurricane-resistant buildings in Palm Beach County. The building was constructed to withstand winds of up to 185 miles per hour and has 100% power back up. The building has enough fuel stored for it to remain open for 14 days without refueling.
