Seagis Steps Into Broward County With $8M Buy

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-In its first acquisition in the county, Seagis Property Group acquires a 76,000-sf office/warehouse facility for $7.9 million.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-West Conshohocken, PA-based Seagis Property Group has acquired a 76,000-sf office/warehouse facility at 3420-3470 NW 53rd St. for $7.9 million. The buy pushes the company’s South Florida holdings above two million.

Seagis senior associate Peter Crovo handled the transaction. “This acquisition marks our first purchase in Broward County, and together with our 28 buildings in Dade County, brings our South Florida portfolio to 2.1 million sf,” Crovo says.
