SARASOTA, FL-Brighton, MI-based Osprey SA has acquired the 81,118-sf class A Sarasota Commerce Center I at 100 Arthur Anderson Parkway for $15.6 million. The seller is DA Commerce Center LLC, an affiliate of Rahway, NJ-based Denholtz Associates.
