32,000-SF Office Gets Approvals

EAST BRUNSWICK-The Teicher Org. has gotten its approvals to construct a two-story, 32,000-sf office building here. The company expects to break ground this summer for the asset, which will be located on four-plus acres at the intersection of Cranbury and Fern roads. The property has been dubbed Cranbury Road Office Park.

And Teicher, a locally based residential and commercial developer, has reserved half the building for use as a new headquarters. The company is planning to move from its current site nearby on Route 18. The leasing effort for the rest of the space will start later this year, according to Ryan Teicher, the company’s vice president.
