CINCINNATI-Jack Rouse Associates, a planner, designer and producer of museum exhibits, themed entertainment attractions and sports facilities, has signed a long-term office lease for 20,000 sf at 600 Vine St. here. The company is moving from smaller space at the Kroger building in the city.

Jerry Momper, with the Staubach Co., says the move was caused by significant for the past local and international growth of the company. He and Petty Momper-Duncan represented Rouse in the lease at the building, owned by Hertz Investment Group. “They’re leasing a full floor at the 420,000-sf building,” Momper says.
