Law Firm Renews for 64,000 SF

NEW YORK CITY-The tenant, a New York legal presence since 1805, will call its current offices home for another 15 years.

NEW YORK CITY-Emmet, Marvin & Martin is staying put at its 64,000-sf headquarters at 120 Broadway. The law firm has signed a 12-year renewal agreement with landlord Silverstein Properties for the 32nd and 33rd floors of the Downtown tower.

Studley represented the tenant, with executive managing director Howard Nottingham, executive vice presidents David Goldstein and Matthew Barlow, and corporate managing director Jeffrey Peck handling matters. Roger Silverstein represented Silverstein Properties.

On the legal end, Charles Salfeld of Morrison Cohen represented Emmet, Marvin & Martin, and Jonathan Bright and Jeffrey A. Samuels of Siller Wilk represented Silverstein Properties. The tenant has been a New York legal presence since 1805.
