Blackman Kallick has been a tenant in building since 2003, Wessman says. The length of the lease was not disclosed but is reportedly until 2016.The accounting firm is expanding because of growth and had revenue growth of 20% last year, Wessman tells GlobeSt.com. "Their business really has been growing across the board in all practice areas," he says.

Wessman would not disclose the lease rate but said that the asking lease rate for the building is between $17 per sf and $20 per sf, net. The lease includes a "significant tenant improvement allowance" for building out the additional space and free rent, he says. The building is currently approximately 95% leased. Major tenants in the building include Blackman Kallick and Zurich NA Insurance.
