Moinian Group Leases 22,444 SF

NEW YORK CITY-The Moinian Group shells out 22,444 sf of space to four tenants in the heart of Times Square.

NEW YORK CITY-The Moinian Group, an owner of more than 20 million sf throughout the US and abroad, signs 22,444 sf in new leases for Asset Control Systems, Greenock Capital LLC, Adrienne Vittadini LLC and O-Star at 1450 Broadway for $65 per sf, according to a company spokesperson.

Greenock Capital LLC, an investment firm, signed a 3,682-sf lease. City Sites Office Group represented the company in the transaction. Asset Control Systems, an international financial data management firm, signed an 11,393-sf lease. Jonathan Barry Associates Inc. negotiated on the tenants behalf. Adrienne Vittadini, an international apparel firm, leased a 3,682-sf space. Kaufman Organization represented Adrienne Vittadini in the negotiations. O-Star, a financial services firm, signed a 3,682-sf lease in an in-house transaction.
