Intermedia, a global research consulting firm, leased a 14,631-sf space at 512 Seventh Ave. Millennium Real Estate negotiated on behalf of Intermedia. Shobha Threading, a locally based salon, leased a 2,717-sf space at 1775 Broadway. Newmark Knight Frank represented the owner, the Moinian Group, in both deals. Newmark also represented Shobha Threading in the leasing transaction.

US Legal Support Inc., a staffing agency specializing in legal support, signed a 9,150-sf lease at 115 East 57th St. Mohr Partners represented US Legal Support. Laura Davidson Public Relations renewed a 5,000-sf space at 72 Madison Ave. Ellman Realty Advisors represented Laura Davidson. Myriad Supply Co. LLC, a supply and networking equipment supplier, signed a 3,000-sf lease at 10 W. 18th St. Kaufman Organization represented the tenant.

Gorilla Nation Media, an advertising and marketing firm, leased an 8,270-sf space at 460 Park Ave. Cresa Partners represented Gorilla Nation Media. Newmark Knight Frank represented the Moinian Group. Central Consulting & Contracting, Inc., a general contracting and construction management service provider, signed a 3,000-sf lease at 60 Madison Ave. Real Estate Solutions represented Central Consulting & Contracting Inc.

Dr. Celenza, a private medical practice, renewed a 2,550-sf space at 115 East 57th St. Herb Goldberg of Edward Warren & Co. negotiated on behalf of Dr. Celenza. Mr. Gohari and Mr. Monaco negotiated on behalf of the Moinian Group.

Currently, the Moinian Group holds a portfolio of more than 20 million sf of office, residential, retail and hotel properties throughout the US and abroad, including 13 million sf in Manhattan.

The Moinian Group could not be reached for comment on the lease transactions prior to deadline.
