At 1 Old Country Rd., the Scher Law Firm expanded to a 9,892-sf space; Adler Calonita Ferri & Pavlatos, a law firm, signed a new 5,573-sf lease; Steven Goldstein, a private attorney, signed a new 3,343-sf lease in a relocation; Sklar & Cohen signed a new 2,388-sf in a relocation; and Retired Police Association of the State of New York, Inc. renewed a 594-sf space.

At 100 Garden City Plaza, Urology Associates/ Integrated Medical renewed a 3,114-sf space. Concorde Real Estate Co. negotiated on behalf of Urology Associates.

At 200 Garden City Plaza, Dr. Michael Terrani signed a new 5,781-sf space in a relocation; Congresswoman Carolyn McCarthy renewed a 2,498-sf space; Gateway Investments signed a new 5,079-sf lease; Northern Trucking leased a new 1,517-sf space; and TLC Laser Center/20-20 Vision renewed a 6,135-sf lease.

At 300 Garden City Plaza, Mallamud Finkelstein Inc. signed a 1,225-sf space. Newmark Knight Frank negotiated on their behalf. RCA Land Search leased a new 1,541-sf space; Roy Mirro & Associates renewed a 1,208-sf space. Thomas Sherwood, a private law practice, signed a new 2,933-sf space; Windsor Commercial Real Estates negotiated on behalf of Thomas Sherwood. Zaroff & Zaroff, a private law practice, signed a new 1,588-sf lease; Sutton & Edwards represented Zaroff & Zaroff in the transaction.

At 400 Garden City Plaza, Manoussos & Associates renewed a 4,915-sf lease, and at 990 Stewart Ave., Ameriprise Financial signed a new 846-sf lease.
