Seagate, a maker of hard disc drives used in computers, signed a 63-month lease for Suite 110 of 3101 Jay St. and Suite 201 at 3121 Jay St. The aggregate value of the lease is approximately $2.25 million. The space will be used for general office purposes and research and development.

Colin Feichtmeir of Commercial Property Services represented San Diego-based Westcore. Matt Shelton of JR Parrish represented Seagate, which is based several miles north of Santa Cruz in Scotts Valley. Seagate also occupies space in Milpitas that sits about five miles northeast of its newly leased space in Santa Clara.
