Corporate Center at Heritage Hunt is located within Buchanan Partners' 100-acre Heritage Hunt Commercial Park, at the intersection of Interstate 66 and Route 29 in Gainesville. The first two phases--76,000 sf of medical/office condominiums and a 30,000-sf retail center--have been completed.

Altogether the Corporate Center will deliver some 350,000 sf of class A office space. Buildings A and D will be 75,000 sf; buildings B and C will be 100,000 sf, according to Kingsley McAdam, project manager. He tells GlobeSt.com that park already has some 80,000 sf of commercial condos completed, with another 53,000 sf under construction that will deliver in October, the third phase of the park's development.

All of the buildings are being developed on spec. Development costs for the three-story, building A are $17.2 million, he adds.

One advantage the building will have is that it is the only corporate address in western Prince William County that offers class A space, McAdam says. Asking rates for the building will be $27 per sf, full service.
