401 and 411 Hackensack Ave. will receive a renovation of their two-story lobbies, including touch-screen directories. Elevators will get wood paneling and stone flooring. The cafeterias will receive casual seating arrangements, and a new coffee bistro will be added on the concourse level. 433 Hackensack Ave., the newest, will also get a share of renovation to match it with its sisters.

Current occupancy at the three-building complex at 401, 411 and 433 Hackensack Ave. is 88%. A total of 100,000 sf is available on various floors. The current asking rent for 401 and 411 is $28 per sf, with 433 asking $29.50 per sf. Frank D. Recine and Timothy R. Greiner of Newmark Knight Frank are the exclusive leasing agents.
