Advanced Health Subleases 88,000 SF

BRIDGEWATER, NJ-Advanced Health Media Inc. has agreed to sublease 88,000 sf at 300 Somerset Corporate Blvd., also known as Somerset Corporate Center III here. The pharmaceutical industry marketing firm will move into space directly leased by pharma giant Sanofi-aventis in the 310,000-sf SJP Properties-owned building.

“This is a milestone for AHM,” says Kevin McMurty, founder and CEO of the Union-based firm, who notes that the site will be his company’s fourth office, and the sublease follows the recent expansion of its Philadelphia office. “Bridgewater is an ideal choice for our expansion based on its central location, and it gives us the opportunity to attract new team members from this strong professional community.”

“This space was chosen based on its plug-and-play capability,” says Bryn Cinque, SVP of GVA Williams NJ, Parsippany, who represented AHM. “As the result of the efforts of all of the parties involved, this lease was completed in just 45 days. This will enable AHM to continue its rapid expansion.”
