(FORT WORTH) Jeannette Rice will open a local office for El Paso-based Verde Realty. Rice, formerly with Crescent Real Estate Equities Co., is Verde's vice president of market and investment research.

ENDEAVOR REAL ESTATE GROUP
(AUSTIN) Matthew Levin comes on board as a marketing associate in the office and industrial division. He previously was a research analyst for Colliers Oxford Commercial.

PROSKAUER ROSE
(LOS ANGELES) Louis P. Eatman and Douglas B. Frank join as partners in the firm's real estate and corporate transactional practices. They had been partners in the real estate group of Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP.

(SOUTHFIELD, MI) Alan Weiss begins as an associate for office properties. He previously was executive vice president for Mile High Outdoor in Denver.

(NORTHBROOK, IL) Lyle C. Patterson is named vice president of acquisitions. He was vice president of investments for Equity Office Properties Trust.

(CHICAGO) Attorney Gregg Schneider and banking veteran Joseph Joyce start as vice presidents. Schneider had been in private practice while Joyce most recently was with Standard Bank.

(HOUSTON and LOS ANGELES) Carleton Riser comes on board as managing director of development and investment. Riser previously was vice president and development partner for the Morgan Group. In Los Angeles, Luke Eskigian is made vice president of construction management for the West region. He previously was senior project manager for Arden Realty Inc.
