The corporate solutions business division manages corporate client real estate portfolios with the integration of transactional services, facility management services, project management services, strategic consulting, occupancy planning and lease administration, Hicks says. Many of the clients are national or intentional companies with major clients, including Bank of America, Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, Proctor & Gamble, Motorola, Whirlpool and HSBC. "In some cases, a corporate client would hire us to provide a consistent delivery platform," he says. "We are integrating a lot of cultures, we are integrating across a lot of geography and we are integrating these multiple services in a consistent way."

The corporate solutions business division has had doubled their business in the past few years and Hicks and Phillips' goals will be to continue the growth and innovate, Hicks says. "We want to bring clients new occupancy strategies, tools by which to manage their portfolios (and) we are going to focus very much on our talent," he says.
