Olnick Leases Renew 145,800 SF in NYC

NEW YORK CITY-Interbrand, an Omnicom company, has renewed its 63, 845-sf lease for floors two to six at 130 Fifth Ave. Public relations firm Ruder Finn Inc. renewed its 81,984-sf lease for floors two through four and expanded with a new lease on the third floor at 245 E. 58th St. for a total of 94,223 sf. The Olnick Organization owns both buildings.

Feld Realty represented Interbrand in its lease transaction. Grubb & Ellis represented the locally based owner.

130 Fifth Ave. is a 120,000-sf, class A office building located at the corner of Fifth Avenue and 18th Street. Commonly known as one of the Flatiron District’s premiere office properties, according to the Olnick Organization, 130 Fifth Ave. is also home to Earl Graves Ltd., publisher of Black Enterprise Magazine.
