Sonus Leases 28,000 SF at 3 Paragon Way

FREEHOLD, NJ-Sonus Networks Inc. has signed a new eight-year lease for 28,462 sf at 3 Paragon Way within Mack-Cali Realty Inc.’s Monmouth Executive Center here. With the signing of Sonus Networks, a Massachusetts-based supplier of voice over Internet protocol infrastructure products, the 67,000-sf 3 Paragon Way is now 100% leased, according to Diane Chayes, vice president of leasing for the Edison-based Mack-Cali. “We look forward to serving their space needs for years to come,” Chayes says.

Charles Dillon and Christopher Conklin of the Staubach Co.’s Murray Hill office and Neil Ross of Staubach’s Boston office represented Sonus Networks. Mack-Cali was represented in-house by leasing agent Jack Colasurdo and Erin Moran. Further terms of the signing were not released; the space had been listed with an asking price of $21 to $22.50 per sf plus tenant electric.
