Morgan Expands to 34,000 SF at 77 W. Wacker

CHICAGO-The law firm Morgan Lewis and Bockius is expanding their lease by 11,430 sf in the 50-story United Building.

CHICAGO-Morgan Lewis and Bockius, a law firm based in Philadelphia, PA, has renewed and expanding its lease at the United Building, 77 W. Wacker Dr. The firm is expanding by 11,430 sf for a total of 34,157 sf in the 50-story office building, owned by Chicago-based Prime Group Realty Trust.

Steven Steinmeyer, with Jones Lang LaSalle, represented the law firm in the transaction. Representatives from Prime Group Realty Trust were not available for comment. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
