Five Sentry Completes Renovations

BLUE BELL, PA-Owner Mack-Cali has already signed the first new tenant for the 130,000-sf, two-building property.

BLUE BELL, PA-Five Sentry Parkway East and West here have finished with their renovations. Owner Mack-Cali Realty Corp. put the work into upgrading the two three-story buildings and its 130,000 sf. Sources close to the deal could not provide any further information.

The lobby’s ceilings, lighting, walls and directories have been fully renovated, as have the restrooms and common areas. There is new exterior lighting and monument signage, upgraded building systems, and a new roof. Cable has been installed, and outside the buildings there are new courtyard pavers and landscaping.

The buildings already have a new tenant. Market research service provider Attitude Measurable Corp. relocated its corporate headquarters to 12,103 sf of the building with a seven-year lease.
