Pantheon Expands HQ to Double Occupancy

NEW YORK CITY-Locally based Pantheon Properties has expanded its headquarter offices in a prime section of Midtown. Pantheon has doubled the size of its office and now occupies the entire penthouse floor of the building, located at 119 W. 57th St. Ken Cohen, the founder and CEO of Pantheon Properties, tells GlobeSt.com that they have been at this address for nearly eight years. Although he wouldn’t comment on the lease terms including square footage amount or value, he says that the lease is long-term.

“This has been a landmark year in terms of growth for Pantheon Properties, and our recent need for increased office space is another tangible sign of our continued success,” says Cohen. “We have been extremely happy at our West 57th Street location, and I know everyone who works here is excited to secure a long-term lease agreement for the building’s entire penthouse floor.”
