CB Richard Ellis' Raymond Ruiz, Marianne Dugan and John Morris represented Allstate. Kraig Silver, SVP of Treeline Cos., represented the owner. Silver tells GlobeSt.com that the aggregate lease value is approximately $4.3 million, adding that the lease term is five years.
