SX2 Media Labs, a media company that owns and publishes technology-focused publications, signed a new 5,000-sf lease at 72 Madison Ave. Mitchell Kunikoff of George Michael & Sons represented the tenant, while Newmark Knight Frank's Michael Dreizen and Andrew Udis negotiated on behalf of the ownership.

Mobile Anesthesia Associates, a firm that provides services that allow office-based surgery, signed a new 5,028-sf lease at 115 E. 57th St.; Lance Weitz of JFW Realty Corp. represented the tenant in the negotiations. Daniel Gohari, VP & director of commercial assets along with John Monaco, Moinian Group's senior director of leasing, represented the ownership.

Laidlaw Energy Group, a developer of renewable energy facilities, signed a new 2,278-sf lease at 90 John St. Newmark Knight Frank's Adam Leshowitz represented both the tenant and the ownership in the transaction.

A source close to the deal was not able to give GlobeSt.com a value per square foot for any of the leases. However MrOfficeSpace.com has asking rent for 72 Madison Ave. as $48 per sf; and has 115 E. 57th St. listed as $68 per sf.
