Torcon was represented in the transaction by CB Richard Ellis. CBRE's SVP Marc Trevisan and first VP Greg Barkan oversaw the sale, in collaboration with first VP Dean M. Marchi.
The new owner of 214 East Grove St., a local private investor, plans to upgrade the property and convert the single-user facility into a multi-tenant office building. The facility is located in this city's Downtown area, near several restaurants, parks and shops. Newark Liberty International airport is nearby, and the site has access to the New Jersey Turnpike, US Route 22 and the Garden State Parkway.
