(SAN DIEGO) Rob Friederich joins as vice president. Before moving to Johnson Capital, he was an executive at Benchmark Financial. He also previously served as vice president of business banking at US Bank.

OPUS WEST CORP.
(AUSTIN, TX) Trac Bledsoe comes on board as senior real estate manager. Most recently, Bledsoe served as an investment broker for Commercial Texas LLC in Austin. For six years prior to that, he was involved with development, asset management and acquisitions for Pacific Realty Associates LP (PacTrust) in Dallas and Austin.

(ALISO VIEJO, CA) The company names Forrest Wylder vice president of office leasing and acquisitions. In his new role, Wylder will direct lease and market Vantis, a mixed-use project here. In addition, Shea names James Williams vice president of marketing. He will be primarily focused on strategy for marketing and branding Legacy Park, a masterplanned development in Tustin.
