BEDMINSTER, NJ-Cegedim Dendrite has named Jones Lang LaSalle exclusive subleasing agent for its headquarters, located at 1405 Route 206 here. The 115,000-sf class A building is owned by a private investor and is being marketed by Jones Lang LaSalle executive vice presidents Paul Giannone, James Scanlon and Dennis McConnell; vice president Jodie Matthews and leasing associate Sumner Putnam, all in the firm's Parsippany office.

"This full-building leasing opportunity on a park-like campus offers the amenities and conveniences of a premium work environment," Giannone says. "At the same time, the rental rate and other costs are below comparable class A space in Central New Jersey."

According to Jones Lang LaSalle, rents for class A office buildings in the area range anywhere from $20 to $35 per sf. The availability of the building follows the acquisition earlier this year of Dendrite, a pharmaceutical sales and marketing company, by the Paris-based Cegedim, and a relocation of the company's North American operations.

1405 Route 206 is located one mile from the interchange of Interstates 287 and 78, about halfway between New York City and Philadelphia. The property is less than one mile from the Village at Bedminster shopping center and is near the Bridgewater Commons Mall, the Mall at Short Hills and Newark Liberty International Airport. The facility features a fitness center, a full-service cafeteria and a conference center.
