Eisenhower Corporate Campus, located at 290 W. Mt. Pleasant Ave., started out as multi-tenant spec construction in 1983, and its first full-building tenant was Bellcore, now known as Telcordia Technologies. Current lessee Prudential moved into the newly renovated complex a decade ago.

The property is being marketed for either full-building occupancy or, because of its four-wing design, is divisible to 90,000 sf. It can be divided into two buildings with three floors each, according to Michael Schofel, principal of Eastman Management Corp., and two additional buildings with four floors each. The property features connecting walkways located in a central atrium.
