"Our growth mandated larger accommodations," says Robert Donnelly, vice chairman of Cushman & Wakefield, who both represented his firm in the transaction and has served as exclusive marketing agent for Headquarters Plaza since it opened in the early 1980s. "Proximity to mass transit with accessibility to Manhattan was one of our top requirements, which made Morristown a logical choice."
The 600,000-sf Headquarters Plaza is presently owned by Fisher Development. Current tenants include Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, John Hancock Financial Services and the law firm of Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Peretti. Cushman & Wakefield will have approximately 25 brokers and support staff at the site.
