"Proximity to mass transit with accessibility to Manhattan was one of our top requirements, which made Morristown a logical choice."
The 600,000-sf Headquarters Plaza is presently owned by Fisher Development. Current tenants include Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, John Hancock Financial Services and the law firm of Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Peretti. Cushman & Wakefield will have approximately 25 brokers and support staff at the site.
