(DALLAS) The global management team adds six executives to its worldwide ranks. Martin Woods becomes executive director for Greater China. He most recently was head of project management in Hong Kong for Jones Lang LaSalle. Peter Wright is named regional director for Australia and New Zealand after selling his Melbourne-based pH Group to CBRE. Stewart Navarre is named managing director for Southern California after 30 years with the US Marine Corps and US Navy. He most recently was chief of staff at Camp Pendleton. Noelle Powers holds onto a senior project manager's role with the move from JLL in Seattle. Also joining from the JLL ranks is Tom Ryan, who is named director of retail project management for the Bank of America account. Janice Fetzer and Tom Murray become directors of project management in San Francisco and New York City, respectively. Fetzer previously owned a consulting business and Murray most recently was a senior project manager for JLL.

(SEATTLE) Robin Meadow joins the industrial brokerage team, assigned to South King and North Pierce counties.

(DENVER; SAN DIEGO) Lee Wallis and Robert Bridges are made senior vice president and vice president, respectively, in their shift from CB Richard Ellis. Wallis was senior director of asset services while Bridges most recently led CBRE's engineering division. In San Diego, Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial hired Brian Driscoll as a senior executive to co-lead the new capital markets group. He was previously with Colliers International Inc., rising to senior vice president of investment sales.

MONDAY PROPERTIES
(NEW YORK CITY) Bruce Saber takes over as executive vice president and general counsel. He most recently was a partner with Heller Ehrman, where he started its real estate practice in the city. Also, Hani Salama starts as general manager of 230 Park Ave. and 237 Park Ave. He was operations director for nine years at the Empire State Building.

(DALLAS) Five executives join the investment group's asset management teams. Ross Oldland begins as a vice president and portfolio manager for the multifamily group. He previously was vice president of portfolio management for AMLI Residential. Also joining as vice president and portfolio manager is Al Palamara, who will manage acquisitions and follow-up strategies for opportunistic investments. He previously was senior vice president of Lexington Realty Trust. Greg Brooke starts as vice president of development. Brooke previously worked for Granite Properties. Greg Hillman joins as project manager of asset management after working as a senior project and office manager for Facility Engineering Associates in Washington, DC. Diedre Hardister is named asset manager of more than two million sf of office space. She had been a senior vice president at CB Richard Ellis.

(BOSTON) Douglas W. Hughes becomes assistant controller for Intercontinental Real Estate Investment Fund III LLC. He previously was accounting manager for Centro Properties Group.
