Green Office/Hotel To Go up at Hudson Square

NEW YORK CITY-The architect is lined up and Tribeca Assoc. is ready to develop the mixed-use office and boutique hotel at 330 Hudson St.

NEW YORK CITY-Developer Tribeca Assoc. LLC has chosen Brennan Beer Gorman Architects to design its latest mixed-use office and boutique hotel at 330 Hudson St. A source close to the deal confirms to GlobeSt.com that the price for the new building is $220 million, and the deal will close “any moment now.”

The 12-story boutique hotel will rise above the office building and will be one of the few Silver LEED Certified hotels in the US. Located in the downtown Hudson Square area of Manhattan, blocks away from SoHo, Tribeca and the West Village, 330 Hudson St. will feature the redevelopment of the existing historic eight-story masonry warehouse building into 292,000 sf of office space, 15,000 of retail space, and a 171-room luxury boutique hotel tower.
