David Levy of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and the landlord in the transaction. Although details of the lease were undisclosed, the asking price for the space was $39 per sf.
Built in 1925, the 22-story property boasts 24-hour security and FedEx and USPS drop-off points. Recent renovations include new elevators and new windows. Notable tenants include Nordstrom, American Utex and Redcats USA. The retail tenant roster includes Andrew's Coffee Shop, Federal Express and Kara New York.
