White Fleischner & Fino, which has offices in New Jersey, Philadelphia, Boca Raton, FL and London signed a 10-year lease for the entire 18th floor of 61 Broadway, located on the Northwest corner of Exchange Alley in the Financial West submarket of Downtown Manhattan. Cushman & Wakefield's Andrew Peretz, Robert A. B. Baraf and Steven Braun represented the firm in its site search and in lease negotiations with the landlord, Broad Street Development. The building owner was represented by Daniel M. Blanco, Principal of Broad Street Development and Jill Burrowes, leasing associate for the organization's commercial leasing team.

"We are thrilled to have such a prominent firm as White Fleischner & Fino join our tenant roster at 61 Broadway, a building in great demand in the Downtown district," states Blanco in a prepared statement. "New tenants continue to be drawn to this property for its location, superior infrastructure and technological capabilities, and the great office opportunities available at the property."

61 Broadway, built in 1916, is a 33-story, 650,000-sf office tower located in Downtown Manhattan's business district. The property, currently 95% occupied and serves as executive headquarters to a wide-range of prominent organizations telecommunications giant Verizon, labor union Professional Staff Congress and the National League of Nursing. The building attracts a variety of companies from small space users requiring pre-built and immediate occupancy opportunities to larger firms looking for flexible, contiguous space in the Downtown market and spectacular water and city views. Peretz, an executive director in Cushman & Wakefield's Downtown office, adds that the move to 61 Broadway positions the firm for its next decade of growth.
