Two New Tenants Take 18,000 SF

WALL, NJ-Marathon Data Systems and Corporate Star bring Sheldon Gross Realty's Wall Professional Building close to lease-up.

WALL, NJ-Sheldon Gross Realty has signed two new tenants to a total of 18,284 sf at the company’s Wall Professional Building, bringing the new 24,000-sf medical and office facility close to lease-up. With the signings, the building, completed this past spring, has just one 1,400-sf unit still available.

The two new tenants are Marathon Data Systems, a Tinton Falls-based automation software firm, which took 12,075 sf; and Corporate Star, a Manalapan-based consulting firm, which took 6,209 sf. Terms were not released; space in the building is listed as “negotiable.”
