The firm has leased space in the building since it was constructed in 1992, and will now be leasing 31,068 sf. The penthouse space is expected to be used for meeting rooms. The 960,000-sf building is currently 87% occupied, Baron says. Major tenants include United Airlines, Wachovia and Microsoft. The asking lease rate for the building is between $23 per sf and $27 per sf net, he says.

David Stein, managing director of Steinco Inc. represented the law firm in the lease transaction. Baron represented Prime Group Realty Trust. The term of the lease was not disclosed.
